Review the land and host afterward; hosts rate guests too. Good stewards get welcomed back everywhere.
For landowners (US only)
1. Answer one question
Will you charge for access? Free hosts set up in a minute with just the basics. Paid hosts add business details and verify identity + bank with Stripe, who also handles all IRS reporting.
2. Map your land
Trace your boundary on satellite imagery, mark open zones green and off-limits zones red. Guests see exactly where they're welcome.
3. Build your passes
Different prices for different activities, durations, and uses โ hourly track time, day forage passes, commercial picker rates, season hunting leases, per-night camping. Set capacity, guest counts, and harvest limits per pass.
4. Document the bounty
List every species โ morels to whitetail โ with abundance and estimated seasons. Species-rich listings sell best.
5. Get paid
Guests book and pay online. You get 100% of your price; the guest pays the 8% fee. Payouts hit your bank in ~2 days.
